Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Matzah 4 pieces
- Butter 3 tablespoons

Step 1
In a bowl, beat the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Step 2
In another bowl, soak the matzah in warm water for 30 seconds. Drain the water.
Step 3
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the matzah to the eggs and gently mix, being careful not to break the matzah. Place in the heated oil. Fry until golden brown for about 2-3 minutes and cook until browned on the other side. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately.
