Fried kohlrabi with feta cheese
Ingredients
- Kohlrabi 15 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Ocean salt a pinch
- Sumac a pinch
- Ground Dried Garlic a pinch
- Feta cheese 2 tablespoons
- Habanero Pepper 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Peel the kohlrabi.
Step 2
Cut the kohlrabi into strips.
Step 3
Heat the oil in a pan.
Step 4
Add the kohlrabi to the pan and season with salt. Fry for 2 minutes over high heat.
Step 5
Season with garlic.
Step 6
Stir and fry for another 5–6 minutes, turning occasionally.
Step 7
Finely chop the jalapeño.
Step 8
Place the feta cheese in a bowl for the sauce. Add the jalapeño and mix.
Step 9
Season the kohlrabi with sumac.
Step 10
Add more salt to taste.
Step 11
Transfer the kohlrabi to a serving dish.
