  • Mixed tomatoes of different colors 3 pieces
  • Wheat Flour ½ cup
  • Milk ¼ cup
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Breadcrumbs 0.6 cups
  • Olive Oil ¼ cup
  • Salt ½ teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper ½ teaspoon

Step 1

Slice the tomatoes into not very thin rounds, season with salt and pepper, and let them sit for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Meanwhile, arrange the flour, milk, lightly beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs in separate bowls.

Step 3

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a skillet.

Step 4

Dip the tomato slices first in the milk, then in the flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumbs.

Step 5

Fry the tomatoes in batches for 4–6 minutes on each side until golden brown, adding more oil as needed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
