Ingredients
- Green Beans 35 oz
- Sweet Peppers 4 pieces
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Salt to taste
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the green beans and peppers.
Step 2
Peel and cut the garlic cloves into quarters.
Step 3
In a saucepan with heated sunflower oil, add the green beans and garlic, then add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.
Step 4
Add the sweet peppers cut into large pieces.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.
