Fried Eggs with Suluguni Cheese
Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Suluguni Cheese 0 oz
- Marinated cherries 6 pieces
- Arugula 0.3 bunches
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Mayonnaise 1½ tablespoons
- Flaky sea salt a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the cheese.
Step 2
Then cut the tomatoes into three or four pieces.
Step 3
In a heavy-bottomed skillet, heat the oil with a pinch of salt.
Step 4
Add the tomatoes to the oil.
Step 5
After 3 minutes, stir and crack in the eggs. Season with salt.
Step 6
Season with black, white pepper, and chili.
Step 7
Add mayonnaise. Lower the heat.
Step 8
Add the cheese on top.
Step 9
Cover with a lid.
Step 10
As soon as the cheese melts and the egg whites set, transfer the fried eggs to a plate. Sprinkle with finely chopped arugula and serve.
