Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Sweet Pepper ½ piece
- Yellow Cherry Tomatoes 5 oz
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a skillet, lightly sauté the onion until it remains crispy.
Step 2
Add finely chopped bell pepper and keep on high heat for another minute, season with salt and pepper, then add the tomatoes in their juice, mix, and distribute into small portion pots or ramekins.
Step 3
Crack 1 egg into each form and place in the oven for 15 minutes. Once the egg white is set, it can be served.
