- Sourdough Bread 2 pieces
- Butter ½ teaspoon
- Chicken Egg 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Using a small plate, cut a circle out of one slice of bread. Use a cookie cutter to make a small circle inside it.
Step 2
Remove the crust from the second piece of bread and cut it into strips.
Step 3
Melt the butter in a skillet over low heat. Fry the bread on both sides until golden brown.
Step 4
Crack the egg into a bowl, whisk it, then pour it into the cut-out center of the bread. Fry until cooked through.
