- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon

Step 1
Heat the oil in a pan, crack the eggs in, trying not to break the yolks, add salt, keep the pan on the stove for 1–2 minutes, and then place it in a hot oven for 3–4 minutes.
Step 2
As soon as the egg whites turn a milky white color, serve the fried eggs in the same pan or on a warmed plate.
