  • Chocolate eggs 8 pieces
  • Clarified Butter to taste
  • Parsley to taste
  • Wheat Flour 5 tablespoons
  • Milk 5 fl oz
  • Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Prepare the batter. Separate the yolks from the whites of two eggs.

Step 2

Pour the flour into a bowl, add the milk, oil, egg yolks mixed with salt, and mix everything well.

Step 3

Whip the egg whites until frothy, pour them into the batter, add salt, and mix. The consistency of the batter should resemble thick sour cream.

Step 4

Boil the remaining eggs hard, cool them, peel, and cut in half.

Step 5

Dip them in the batter and fry in a large amount of hot clarified butter (deep-fry) until golden brown.

Step 6

Then place on a plate and garnish with parsley leaves.
