- Eggplants 2 pieces
- Onion 2 heads
- Wheat Flour 3 tablespoons
- Sour Cream 5 tablespoons
- Tomato Puree 1 tablespoon
- Vegetable Oil 3 tablespoons

Step 1
Wash the eggplants, cut off the ends, blanch them, slice thinly, salt, coat both sides in flour, and fry in oil. Slice the onion into rings and fry it in oil as well.
Step 2
Transfer the cooked eggplants to a plate, alternating them with the fried onions, and in the pan where the eggplants were fried, add the sour cream and tomato puree, mix, bring to a boil, and then pour this sauce over the eggplants.
