Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Place the resulting mixture into the shell, top with half a teaspoon of black caviar. Garnish with a small piece of salmon and finely chopped chives.

Carefully crack the egg on the 'sharp' side. Pour the contents into a bowl, keeping the shell. Add seasonings and lightly beat.
