Description
One of the tricks to help feed children cottage cheese. If the dough turns out too runny, add more flour. They can be served with fruits or berries, and don't forget to dust them with powdered sugar for added appeal.
Ingredients
- Cottage cheese 25 oz
- Chicken Egg 3 pieces
- Wheat Flour 1 glass
- Sugar 3 spoons
- Safflower Oil 25 fl oz
- Powdered Sugar 4 spoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, flour, and sugar.
Step 2
Shape the dough into small balls.
Step 3
Pour sunflower oil into a saucepan and wait for it to heat up.
Step 4
Place the balls in the hot oil.
Step 5
Wait until the balls are coated with a golden crust and then remove them.
Step 6
Dip the balls in sugar or powdered sugar.
