Fried Corn with Mushrooms
Ingredients
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Orange Bell Peppers ½ piece
- Ground coriander 2 tablespoons
- Ground coriander 8 stems
- Ground ancho chili pepper 1 piece
- Sweet Corn Sticks 10 oz
- Fresh Mushrooms 5 oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed skillet. Add finely chopped onion, bell peppers, and chili. Sauté, stirring, for 5 minutes until softened.
Step 2
Add the corn, mushrooms, ground black pepper, and coriander, and sauté for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Transfer to a warmed serving dish and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
