Description

- Chicken offal 10 oz
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- Soy Sauce 0 fl oz
- White Pepper (whole) 0 oz
- Potato protein 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Cilantro 0 oz
- Oyster Mushrooms 0 fl oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Thoroughly rinse the chicken feet, transfer them to a colander, and allow them to drain.
Step 2
Place the legs in boiling water and simmer over low heat for 40–45 minutes.
Step 3
Take the legs out, pat them dry with paper towels, and coat them in starch.
Step 4
Heat the wok well and add vegetable oil. Add finely sliced garlic and green onion tops.
Step 5
Once the garlic becomes fragrant, add the legs to the wok and stir-fry until golden brown. Add light and dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and white pepper, mix well, and remove from heat.
Step 6
Place the legs with the sauce on a plate and garnish with cilantro.
