Description

  • Armenian Lavash 1 piece
  • Cheese Spread to taste
  • Chicken Egg 1 piece

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Cut the lavash into crosswise strips. Slice the cheese into pieces no wider than the strips of lavash, so that it can be wrapped around about twice.

Step 2

Beat the eggs with a fork, adding a little salt (you can add a pinch of your favorite spices).

Step 3

Wrap each slice of cheese in a strip of lavash, dip it in the egg, and fry for 3–5 minutes on each side in a pan with oil. They fry very quickly.

Step 4

Place the finished items on a plate and serve immediately.
