- Hard Cheese 15 oz
- Breadcrumbs 0 oz
- Parsley to taste
- Vegetable Oil to taste

Step 1
Cut the cheese into thick slices and coat them in breadcrumbs.
Step 2
Heat odorless vegetable oil until boiling, then immerse the cheese slices and fry them on both sides for a few seconds. The heat should be high to prevent the cheese from melting.
Step 3
Place the cooked cheese on a plate and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
