  • Duck Fat 1 tablespoon
  • Turmeric 1 teaspoon
  • Ocean salt to taste
  • Dry adjika 1 teaspoon
  • Rosemary 1 sprig
  • Ground Dried Garlic ½ teaspoon
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Olive Oil 2 tablespoons

Peel the celery root and cut it in half.
