- Marjoram 1½ teaspoons
- Cauliflower 0 lbs
- Capers 3 tablespoons
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Red Wine Vinegar 1 tablespoon
- Dijon Mustard 1 teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.
Step 2
Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, season with salt, and mix well. Spread out and roast for about 30–40 minutes until tender and golden.
Step 3
Sprinkle with chopped marjoram, capers, and drizzle with the mustard and vinegar mixture.
