Fried Carrots with Feta and Parsley
Ingredients
- Turnips 5 lbs
- Olive Oil 3 tablespoons
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Chopped Sage Leaves 2 tablespoons
- Feta cheese 0.3 cups
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Preheat the oven to 430°F.
Step 2
Peel the carrots and slice them diagonally into not very thin rounds. Toss with olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and spread in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes until tender and golden.
Step 3
Transfer to a bowl and add feta and parsley. Toss to combine.
