Fried calamari with parsley and lemon
Ingredients
- Squid 20 oz
- Parsley 1 bunch
- Lemon 1 piece
- Wheat Flour 3 spoons
- Olive Oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Rinse the squids. Cut off the tentacles and set them aside. Remove the chitinous plates and slice the squids into rings.
Step 2
Place on a paper towel and pat dry thoroughly.
Step 3
Dust the rings and tentacles of the squid with flour.
Step 4
In a large saucepan, heat a little olive oil over high heat.
Step 5
Sauté the squid for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. During cooking, drizzle with lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Serve the squid hot, garnished with parsley.
