- Broccoli 25 oz
- Olive Oil 2 tablespoons
- Garlic 5 cloves
- Chili Flakes ½ teaspoon
- Coarse Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Meyer Lemon Juice 2 tablespoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 445°F.
Step 2
Cut the broccoli into small florets and place them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, add unpeeled garlic cloves, sprinkle with red pepper flakes, season with salt and pepper. Toss and bake in the oven until tender and golden brown, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 3
Transfer the broccoli to a serving dish, squeeze out the garlic pulp, and mix it with the lemon juice.
