Fried Broccoli with Cashews in Oyster Sauce
Ingredients
- Safflower Oil 1 tablespoon
- Cashew 5 oz
- Broccoli 2 heads
- Oyster Mushrooms 3 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
In a wok, heat a little sunflower oil and fry the nuts until golden brown. Transfer to a plate.
Step 2
Add the remaining oil to the wok, heat it up, and add the broccoli broken into small florets. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until the broccoli is bright green but still firm.
Step 3
Add a little water to the wok, cover with a lid, and cook for about 4 minutes until the broccoli stems are tender.
Step 4
Push the broccoli to one side and pour the oyster sauce on the other side.
Step 5
Bring to a boil and stir. Add the nuts, stir again, and serve.
