
Fried Bell Peppers with Tomatoes

Ingredients
- Orange Bell Peppers 4 pieces
- Tomatoes 4 pieces
- Onion 1 piece
- Herbs to taste
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Vegetable Oil 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Wash the peppers, remove the stems, and cut them into four pieces. Place them in a hot skillet with vegetable oil and fry until slightly golden.
Step 2
Slice the onion into half-rings and add it to the peppers, frying together for about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Cut the tomatoes into wedges (blanching is optional) and add them to the peppers with the onion. Add salt, pepper, and herbs. Cook for about 10–15 minutes.
