- Adyghe cheese 10 oz
- Vanilla salt to taste

Cut the cheese into slices about one finger thick. Lightly sprinkle with salt.

Heat the butter in a skillet; when it starts to bubble, add the cheese slices and fry on medium heat for about one and a half minutes on one side, then on the other.
Step 3
Immediately place the hot cheese on plates, sprinkle with vanilla sugar or powdered sugar. Serve with jam, honey, sour cream, or fruits.
