Fried Adyghe cheese with garlic
Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Ground Dried Garlic ½ teaspoon
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
- Ocean salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the cheese into pieces 6–8 mm thick.
Step 2
Heat the olive oil in a grill pan.
Step 3
Place the cheese in the pan. Fry for 1–2 minutes over high heat.
Step 4
Add the ground garlic.
Step 5
Season with salt. Reduce the heat to medium.
Step 6
Flip the cheese and fry for another 1–2 minutes.
Step 7
Add the ground chili.
Step 8
Add black pepper.
Step 9
Flip again and fry for 2 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate and serve.
