Fried Adyghe Cheese with Curry
Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Red Curry Powder ½ teaspoon
- Ocean salt to taste
- Arugula 3 pieces
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Mild Chili Spice to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Cut the cheese into large slices.
Step 3
Place the cheese in the skillet. Fry over medium heat for 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Add salt.
Step 5
Add ¼ teaspoon of curry.
Step 6
Add pepper.
Step 7
Flip and fry for another 5 minutes.
Step 8
Add pepper.
Step 9
Add salt.
Step 10
Add the remaining curry.
Step 11
Finely chop the arugula.
Step 12
Place the cheese on a plate and season with chili.
Step 13
Add arugula and serve.
