Ingredients
- Adyghe cheese 5 oz
- Sumac a pinch
- Ocean salt to taste
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Garlic 2 cloves

Cut the cheese.
Step 2
Peel the garlic.
Step 3
Crush the garlic with a chef's knife.
Step 4
Heat the olive oil in a skillet.
Step 5
Place the cheese in the skillet.
Step 6
Add the garlic to the oil and sauté for 3–4 minutes.
Step 7
Add the sumac.
Step 8
Season with salt.
Step 9
Flip the cheese and fry for another 3–4 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer to a plate, garnish with herbs, and serve.
