  • Avocado 2 pieces
  • Shrimp 25 pieces
  • Romaine lettuce 1 bunch
  • Lemon 1 piece
  • Garlic 2 heads
  • Olive Oil 3 spoons
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Peel the avocado and remove the pits. Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with a little salt.

Step 2

Chop the garlic, place it in heated oil, and sauté over low heat. Remove the garlic, and in the garlic-infused oil, sauté the shrimp.

Step 3

Arrange the frilly lettuce on a plate, and top it with sliced avocado.

Step 4

Place the sautéed shrimp on top of the avocado and sprinkle with pepper. Squeeze lemon juice into the skillet with the fragrant oil left over from cooking the shrimp, and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
