- Tomatoes 2 pieces
- Cilantro ½ bunch
- Sweet Red Onion 1 tablespoon
- Sweet Pepper ½ g
- Paprika 1 teaspoon
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 tablespoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste

Step 1
Dice the tomatoes into small cubes (about 5 mm).
Step 2
Finely chop the cilantro, paprika, onion, and a small sweet pepper.
Step 3
Mix all the ingredients, drizzle with lemon juice, and season with salt and pepper to taste.
