- Horseradish Leaves 10 oz
- Vinegar essence ¾ cup
- Beetroot 5 oz
- Sugar 0.3 cups
- Coarse Salt ½ teaspoon

Step 1
Peel the horseradish and cut it into pieces. Grate it and transfer to a food processor. Add vinegar, finely chopped beetroot, and sugar. Blend for about 5 minutes, occasionally stirring, until smooth. Add salt and mix well.
Step 2
Place the horseradish in a glass jar and seal. Refrigerate for 1 to 10 days.
