- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Sugar 0 oz
- Brioche 2 pieces
- Apple 1 piece
- Butter 0 oz
- Sour Cream 5 oz

Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Prepare all the ingredients.
Step 2
Peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes.
Step 3
Heat a skillet, add 25 grams of sugar, and wait until it caramelizes slightly.
Step 4
Add the apples to the caramel, stir them, and let them soften slightly and become coated in the caramel.
Step 5
Add half of the butter and the cinnamon, stir, and continue baking the apples until they reach your desired softness. Add 2 tablespoons of cold water, mix, and cover the apples, keeping them on the lowest heat while the toasts are being prepared.
Step 6
In a large bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and remaining sugar, then whisk until smooth.
Step 7
One by one, dip the slices of bread into the mixture and hold for 30 seconds on each side to let them soak well.
Step 8
Melt half of the remaining butter in a large skillet over medium heat, then add the slices of bread to the skillet after 1 minute.
Step 9
Fry the bread for 4 minutes on each side over medium heat. Flip it over, add a slice of butter on top, and toast the croutons for another 3 minutes.
Step 10
Transfer the toast to plates and top with the baked apples.
Step 11
Drizzle with yogurt and honey, and if desired, sprinkle with powdered sugar for an extra touch of beauty.
