Ingredients

  • Sourdough Bread 2 pieces
  • Fresh Berries 5 oz
  • Chocolate eggs 2 pieces
  • Beans 1 piece
  • Natural Yogurt 0 oz
  • Honey 2 tablespoons
  • Nutmeg a pinch
  • Cinnamon a pinch

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Make longitudinal 'pockets' in each piece of bread (at least 3-4 cm thick) with a sharp knife and stuff with berries. I find square loaves to be the most convenient format.

Step 2

Blend the eggs with the banana, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Pour into a wide bowl.

Step 3

Dip each toast stick in the egg mixture on both sides (so that the bread absorbs as much as possible) and fry until golden brown.

Step 4

Before serving, drizzle with yogurt and honey.
