French Toast
Ingredients
- White bread 20 oz
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Milk 5 fl oz
- Butter to taste
- Sugar to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Take the white bread, preferably already sliced, cut off the crust, leaving only the soft part. Cut into triangles.
Step 2
In a bowl, mix 2 eggs and milk, whisk lightly. Heat a pan with a piece of butter (it's better to use butter because the toast will be softer and more appealing than if you use another type of oil). Dip a triangle into the milk and egg mixture for a few seconds and place it in the melted butter in the pan. Fry on both sides. Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with sugar.
Step 3
If you want to sweeten your breakfast even more, fry the toast whole, without cutting it into triangles. After the toast is cooked and sprinkled with sugar, spread a layer of chocolate spread like Nutella or its alternatives on one side of the toast. Roll it up, keeping the filling in the center.
