- Chicken fillet 30 oz
- Chicken Egg 5 pieces
- Mayonnaise 1 tablespoon
- Wheat Flour 2 spoons
- Scallions 1 bunch
- Vegetable Oil 1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the chicken breast into small cubes, approximately 5 by 5 mm. Season with salt and pepper, then add eggs and mayonnaise, and mix thoroughly. Add finely chopped onion and flour, and mix again. The consistency of the batter should resemble that of a pancake batter.
Step 2
Place spoonfuls onto a preheated skillet and fry until golden brown on both sides.
