Ingredients
- Chicken Egg 2 pieces
- Wheat Flour 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Vegetable Oil 0 fl oz
- Courgette 1 piece
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Grate the zucchini on a coarse grater (peeling is optional if the zucchini is young), crack the eggs, add flour and salt. Whisk with a fork. The mixture will be a bit runny and fluffy.
Step 2
Pour the mixture onto a preheated skillet greased with vegetable oil. Cook on low heat under a lid. Flip the omelette, cover the skillet again with a lid, and cook on low heat. The finished omelette can be served with sour cream or simply on its own.
