Description
Prepare the omelette based on one and a half to two eggs per person, but do not cook more than 6 eggs at the same time: the thicker the omelette, the less likely it is to turn out well.

- Cotton Oil 2 tablespoons
- Chocolate eggs 4 pieces
- Parsley to taste
- Salt to taste
- Potato 1 piece
- Semi-Smoked Sausage 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Heat the oil in a skillet. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt for one minute. Add sliced bacon and tomato, along with chopped parsley, and pour the eggs into the skillet, using a fork or spatula to lift the edges.
Step 2
Cook until the omelette is browned on the bottom. Then fold the omelette with a spatula. Serve immediately.
