- English Dry Mustard 3 tablespoons
- Yellow Mustard Seeds 5 oz
- Water 1 cup
- Apple Cider Vinegar 5 fl oz
- Dry White Wine 5 fl oz
- Salt to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste

Step 1
Grind the mustard seeds in a spice grinder or mortar and pestle.
Step 2
Add the dry mustard, water, wine (not too acidic), and vinegar.
Step 3
Let sit for 2 hours, mix well, and season to taste. Tightly cover and store in the refrigerator for 2–3 days.
