French Chicken Pâté
Ingredients
- Chicken fillet 15 oz
- Onion 0 oz
- Garlic 0 oz
- Carrot 5 oz
- Olive Oil 1 tablespoon
- Soy Sauce 1 teaspoon
- Butter 0 oz
- 10% cream 0 fl oz
- Dorbly Cheese 0 oz
- Mixed Ground Peppers ½ teaspoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Chop the onion coarsely.
Step 2
Finely chop the garlic.
Step 3
Finely chop the carrot.
Step 4
Transfer the carrot to a baking dish lined with foil.
Step 5
Season with pepper.
Step 6
Cut the chicken breast into cubes.
Step 7
Place the chicken in the dish with the carrots. Add the onion.
Step 8
Add the soy sauce and mix. Cover and place in an oven preheated to 355°F for 30 minutes.
Step 9
Pour the cream into a heated pan, add the garlic and season with pepper. Set to medium heat.

Remove and uncover the chicken.
Step 11
Once the cream starts to simmer slightly, add the Doreblu cheese. Simmer while stirring until the cheese melts.

Prepare the butter, it should be at room temperature.

Transfer the chicken to a deep tray and blend with an immersion blender.

Add the creamy cheese sauce.

Mix with a spatula.

Add the butter.

Thoroughly mix and serve.
