  • Morels 1 piece
  • Whole Grain Bun 1 slice
  • Cognac 1 teaspoon
  • Onion 0 oz
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 1 tablespoon
  • Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  • Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
  • Nutmeg a pinch
