French Bruschetta
Ingredients
- Morels 1 piece
- Whole Grain Bun 1 slice
- Cognac 1 teaspoon
- Onion 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 1 tablespoon
- Olive Oil 1 teaspoon
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Pink Himalayan Salt to taste
- Nutmeg a pinch
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Finely chop the mushroom and onion.
Step 2
Heat the mustard oil in a skillet.
Step 3
Add the onion and mushrooms to the oil.
Step 4
After 1 minute, season with pepper and salt, and stir. Reduce the heat.
Step 5
After 1 minute, pour in the cognac, stir, and cover with a lid. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Step 6
Toast the bread on a dry hot skillet on both sides for 3 minutes.
Step 7
Then spread the cream cheese on the bread.
Step 8
Add a little salt.
Step 9
Season with nutmeg.
Step 10
Top with mushrooms and serve.
