- Fig Jam 2 tablespoons
- French Baguette 1 piece
- Serrano Chili 5 oz
- Manchego cheese 5 oz
- Olive Oil to taste
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Cut the baguette into 4 pieces lengthwise and then cut each quarter in half. Preheat the grill and lightly toast the bread. Let it cool.
Step 2
Mix the softened butter and fig jam. Spread the mixture on the toast.
Step 3
Slice the ham and cheese very thinly and layer them on the sandwiches. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with pepper.
