Fragrant Potatoes with Aromatic Oil and Herbs
Ingredients
- Salad Potatoes 2 pieces
- Onion 1 head
- Vegetable Oil 2½ tablespoons
- Scallions 0 oz
- Salt to taste
- Mixed Ground Peppers 1 tablespoon
- Mixed Spicy Herbs 1 tablespoon
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the potatoes (preferably in their skins).
Step 2
Peel the skins, and cut into pieces with a fork in a plate.
Step 3
Drizzle with unrefined aromatic vegetable oil and mix.
Step 4
Add finely chopped onion, mixed peppers, and mixed herbs, and mix again.
Step 5
Cover with a lid and let sit for 20–25 minutes.
