
Fragrant Crab Meat with Curry in Pots

Ingredients
- Butter 5 oz
- Curry ½ teaspoon
- Cayenne Pepper a pinch
- Lemon ½ piece
- Meyer Lemon Juice 1 teaspoon
- Crab Meat 10 oz
- White Pepper (whole) to taste
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Melt 100 grams of butter in a large pot over low heat. Add curry, cayenne pepper, grated zest from ½ lemon, and remove from heat. Let it sit for a couple of minutes.
Step 2
Return the pot to low heat and add the crab meat, gently stirring for 1-2 minutes without breaking the meat. Remove from heat and add lemon juice, season with salt and white pepper.
Step 3
Place the meat into four 100 ml pots and gently level it out.
Step 4
Melt the remaining butter over low heat and drizzle it over the crab meat. Refrigerate for about 2 hours. If the pots have been in the refrigerator longer, leave them at room temperature for 30 minutes before serving.
