- Spaghetti 10 oz
- Goat cheese 0 oz
- Grated Pecorino Pepato Cheese 0 oz
- Fresh basil leaves 0 oz
- Viola Cheese 0 oz
- Semi-soft cream cheese 0 oz
- Red Caviar 0 oz
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Boil the spaghetti until al dente (in our case, thin ones - 2-3 minutes).
Step 2
Grate the hard cheeses.
Step 3
Drain the spaghetti, return it to the pot, and quickly mix in all the cheeses, adding the Viola. Stir everything vigorously.
Step 4
Plate the dish. Garnish with basil leaves and top with a mound of caviar.
Step 5
Serve with very cold, practically icy, white or rosé wine.
