  • Goat cheese 5 oz
  • Ricotta cheese 0 oz
  • Parmesan Cheese 0 oz
  • Chives 2 tablespoons
  • Salt to taste

Step 1

Place the cheeses on a plate so they are ready to use. Cook the pasta. Drain it and immediately transfer it to a pot. Toss with the chopped chives and cheeses. Stir until the cheese melts.
