Ingredients

  • Bacon 15 oz
  • New Potatoes 0 lbs
  • Bay leaf to taste
  • Milk 10 fl oz
  • Thyme 0.2 bunches
  • Semi-soft cream cheese 5 oz
  • Goat cheese 5 oz
  • Potato protein 1 tablespoon
  • Salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 390°F. Stretch the bacon strips and cut them in half crosswise. Wrap the small potatoes in bacon, adding a bay leaf, and place them on a baking sheet. Season with pepper and bake for half an hour, until the potatoes are tender and the bacon is crispy.

Step 2

Heat 2 tablespoons of milk with finely chopped thyme, add the cheeses, and whisk until smooth. Mix the remaining milk with the starch and add to the fondue, season, place on a burner, and sprinkle with thyme on top. Dip the cooked potatoes into the cheese.
