Description
Fluffy pizza with salami and two types of cheese
Ingredients
- Wheat Flour 4 cups
- Dry yeast 0 oz
- Ocean salt ½ teaspoon
- Water 1 cup
- Olive Oil 3 teaspoons
- Spicy salami to taste
- Aged gouda cheese 5 oz
- Tilsit Cheese 5 oz
- Passata Tomato Sauce 4 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
For the dough, sift the flour, then add the yeast and salt.
Step 2
Make a well in the center.
Step 3
Mix the olive oil with room temperature water.
Step 4
Pour the water and oil into the well and start mixing. The dough will initially be lumpy; don't worry, that's normal.
Step 5
Transfer the dough to a floured surface and knead until it becomes smooth and no longer sticks to your hands.
Step 6
Place the dough in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap, and put it in a warm place — it will be ready in about 60-70 minutes (the dough will rise).
Step 7
Place the dough on a floured surface, but do not roll it out with a rolling pin; it's better to flatten it with your hands.
Step 8
Spread the dough with tomato paste (homemade is best).
Step 9
Grate Gouda cheese over the paste.
Step 10
Top with salami and grate Tilsit cheese on top.
Step 11
Drizzle a little tomato paste on top.
Step 12
Grease a baking sheet with oil to prevent sticking.
Step 13
Bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 355°F for 15 minutes.
