Beat the eggs well to make the omelette fluffy.
Ingredients
- Milk 10 fl oz
- Corn Salad 2 pieces
- Feta cheese 5 oz
- Salt a pinch
- Ground Black Pepper to taste
- Butter 0 oz
- Chicken Egg 4 pieces
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Whisk the eggs with milk well. Cut the salad and feta cheese into small pieces. Mix everything together.
Step 2
Melt a small piece of butter in a frying pan.
Step 3
Pour the egg mixture into the pan. Cover with a lid. Cook over medium heat for 5–7 minutes.
Step 4
A minute before it's fully cooked, sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Step 5
Using a spatula, fold the omelette.
