- Milk 1 glass
- Salt ½ spoons

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 390°F.

Mix the eggs well with salt and milk using a fork (do not whisk).
Step 3
Grease a glass dish or two individual ramekins with butter, then pour in the milk and egg mixture.
Step 4
Place the dish into a high-sided metal pan and fill it with water until it reaches halfway up the glass dish.
Step 5
Place this creation in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, remove the setup: take the glass dish out of the water bath, arrange small pieces of butter on the surface of the omelet, and place it in the oven for about 5 minutes — this will prevent the omelet from developing a golden crust.
