- Farm fresh eggs 4 pieces
- Almond 6 tablespoons
- Psyllium 2 teaspoons
- Kefir 4 tablespoons
- Baking Powder 1 teaspoon
- Salt to taste
- Butter 2 tablespoons
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1
Crack the eggs into a deep bowl and add the almond flour.

Then add the kefir, psyllium, and baking powder. Season with salt and blend until smooth.
Step 3
Pour the mixture onto a hot skillet with butter. Cook on high heat.
Step 4
Once the bottom side is browned, flip and reduce the heat.
Step 5
Once the second side is lightly browned, remove from heat and brush with butter.
