  • Chicken Egg 2 pieces
  • Dry Curd 10 oz
  • Vegetable Oil 4 tablespoons
  • Raisins 5 oz
  • Wheat Flour 1 cup
  • Sugar 3 tablespoons
  • Vanilla salt to taste

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve (the cottage cheese must be dry, otherwise the pancakes won't turn out right). Soak the raisins in warm water (definitely not boiling water). Separate the eggs into whites and yolks. Whisk the yolks with sugar. Whisk the whites separately until foamy.

Step 2

First, add the raisins to the cottage cheese (dry the raisins with a paper towel beforehand), and mix. Then add the whipped yolk with sugar and mix until smooth. Finally, add the whipped egg whites and gently mix. Also, add a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon. All ingredients should be mixed one at a time and gently to maintain the airy consistency!!!

Step 3

When your 'cheese dough' is ready, shape the pancakes, generously coating them in flour.

Step 4

Fry the pancakes in a hot skillet with oil (it must be hot) for 2 minutes on each side.
